Returns/Cancellations
All orders are final as they are immediately processed in our system.
Please ensure your order and details are correct before finalizing it.
Exchanges are not permitted, we will gladly offer you a credit to use for your next order.
We inspect all pieces very carefully before sending out your order.
If in the small chance you do receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at shopceliajewelry@gmail.com and we will organize an exchange for you.
Unclaimed/Returned Parcels
If a parcel has been taken to a local post office for collection and it is not claimed within the allocated timeframe, this will result in the parcel being returned to sender.
If this occurs, the customer is liable for the cost to reship. Refunds will not be given.
